A27 Update

As a result of the cancellation of the proposed scheme for improvements to the A27 around Chichester, West Sussex County Council with support from Chichester District Council created a stakeholder group Build a Better A27 (BABA27) to look at engaging with the local communities to formulate proposals that would be acceptable to the majority of the communities around the A27.

The BABA27 group has engaged consultants to look at the issues and come up with proposals for the wider community to review.

Having attended a briefing meeting on 15 March 2018 the Parish Council is preparing to share and explain these suggestions and to gather feedback from residents on the outlines presented.

Details of the options presented can be found by clicking here.

The Parish Council office will be open at the following times to enable residents to come and give their views and hear some more detailed explanations of the process.

Wednesday 21st March             3 – 5pm  and 7 – 8.30pm
Thursday 22nd March               7 – 8.30pm
Friday 23rd March                     7 – 8.30pm
